The City of Leduc is pleased to announce four individuals have been inducted into the Leduc Sports Hall of Fame , which honours athletes, teams, leaders or buildings who have made a positive impact in the Leduc region through their involvement in the sport community. All inductees have made considerable contributions to their sport and the communities around them at local, provincial, national, international and professional levels. At this time, we will celebrate the inductees alongside potential inductees. It quickly became obvious that he had found his passion. Highlights of his career include winning the Alberta Junior Championship, winning the Alberta Amateur Championship and finishing as a runner-up in the Canadian Amateur Championship. His senior year was highlighted with a win at the Lone Star Conference.

The ABBA is a non-profit association supporting the amateur sport of bodybuilding and fitness in the Province of Alberta. The ABBA supports athletes by providing them with opportunities to compete in their discipline. The association provides educational seminars and workshops related to the sport. In addition, nationally qualified athletes receive team jackets and represent Team Alberta at the National Championships. Join now and start competing this year.

Hockey Alberta is an ice hockey federation in charge of governing hockey in Alberta , Canada. The federation is a member branch of Hockey Canada. Hockey had been played for over 10 years before Alberta was proclaimed a province in Play took place on an exhibition or friendly basis. As teams developed, a need developed for a governing body to administer the game at a provincial level for intra-city games.
